My team and I spent the last two weeks barnstorming Iowa on our Pushing for Change Get-Out-The-Vote Tour.
We’re about halfway through – 23 events, 20 cities, 5,000+ miles.
In Muscatine and Davenport, I knocked doors and met with voters one-on-one.
In Mason City and St. Ansgar, I talked about why Tom Harkin’s endorsement means everything to me, not just politically, but personally.
In Des Moines, I hit the farmers’ market to folks about the issues that are top of mind to their families.
In Cedar Rapids, more than a hundred Iowans packed onto a front lawn to talk about what’s at stake this November.
At every stop, I say the same thing: This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to win Senator Harkin’s seat back and have a genuine middle-class champion in the U.S. Senate.
A working economy, quality public schools, thriving farms, clean water and air, healthy communities, more wealth for your family’s future…it’s all on the line this November.
